The Spacing Guild Branch is the primary residence of the Spacing Guild on Arrakis, and is where most of their business is conducted. Factions may build the Spacing Guild Branch to gain an ally in the Spacing Guild and utilise their monopoly on space-travel. If a faction builds the branch, they will be able to deploy spaceships and also exchange resources for favours from the Guild. This also unlocks Guild Proposals, special events that will get you Guild Favors in large quantities.
