Lady Jessica Atreides is the concubine of Leto Atreides and one of the Atreides councillors available to players throughout Dune: Spice Wars. Given her political intricatness and skill, she is particularly useful in matters of political movement and control.

Lady Jessica is advantageous for players wishing to win the game via methods of politics, but she is rated as a "hard" councillor therefore gameplay with Jessica may be more difficult. Given her talents and her status as a member of the Bene Gesserit, there are several advantages to players:
- For a cost of 50 influence, players can impose a treaty on any other faction. They are unable to refuse unless they have an authority rating of 100;
- The Non-Aggression Pact Treaty is unlocked at the beginning of the game.
