Piter de Vries is the trusted mentat advisor to the Baron Vladimir Harkonnen and one of the Harkonnen councillors available to players throughout Dune: Spice Wars.
Piter is an excellent spy and, aided by his mentat abilities, he is particularly useful in gathering information on the enemies of players throughout the game.
