The Intelligence Agency is one of the universal statecraft buildings available for players to build on their base throughout Dune: Spice Wars. Given its universality, they can be built regardless of the faction players chose when they begin their game.

The Intelligence Agency provides players with a central hub for conducting espionage and counter intelligence missions. As a result, the Intelligence Agency is best placed for players wishing to pursue an ntelligence-based style of play.
Building of the Intelligence Agency requires players complete the Spying Logistic research mission.
