While playing as The Smugglers, a unique part of the faction bonuses given are called bounties. These bounties are to be placed on one of the three sanctions proposed every few weeks. When you set a bounty on a sanction all other factions will be granted 5 Solari per vote on the targeted choice (Support or Decline or choosing a specific faction). Because the other factions are getting paid to vote they will more likely vote the option that you choose, swaying the results to your desire. Bounties cost a range of Solari when placed so choose wisely. Supporting the "None" option does not apply the bounty effect.
